Why the fees?
We make every effort to
refurbish and reuse all the computers and monitors we receive.
If equipment doesn’t meet our standards for reuse, we must send
it to a third party recycling company and pay their disposal
fees.
Monitors and computers contain hazardous waste and must be
disposed of properly, so we never side-step this process.
Remember, all donations are tax-deductible.
A donation receipt is provided for all equipment. You may get a
tax deduction based on the current retail value of your
donation, but it is up to you to determine that value. Save time
by preparing the receipt before you drop off your items.
Download it here. And no appointment necessary. Just come in
during regular business hours. All quantities accepted.
